Strawberry Peach Smoothie Bowl

Kids will love cooling down with this super easy, dairy-free smoothie bowl!  

Ingredients: 

Smoothie: 

  • 2 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 large peaches
  • 1 15-oz can coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (optional)

Toppings: 

Directions: 
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, peaches, coconut milk and coconut cream. 
  2. Blend until thick and smooth. 
  3. Feel free to add more strawberries or more coconut milk if the mixture is too runny.
