5-6 Koala Crisp Milk Cups

A delicious and super fun snack - perfect for kids and even adults too!

  • 1 cups Koala Crisp Cereal
  • 1 cups vegan marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter, plus more to grease shot glasses
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Milk or milk alternative for serving
  1. Grease one to five shot glasses with coconut oil. Set aside.
  2. Using a heat proof bowl set over a pot of simmer water, melt coconut oil and marshmallows over medium heat. Stir frequently, until marshmallows are melted (10-15 minutes).
  3. Quickly and carefully add Koala Crisp Cereal to marshmallows and mix to combine. Keep bowl over low simmering water until cereal cups are formed.
  4. Once marshmallow/cereal mixture is cool enough to handle, but still pliable, divide the mixture between the greased shot glasses. Pressing firmly with slightly damp fingers to press the cereal mixture to conform to the inside of the glasses while still allow for enough room for milk to be poured in. Let set for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl in short 20-25 second bursts in microwave until melted. Drizzle melted chocolate into each cereal cup and turn until interior is coated, allow any excess to come out of cups. Let set in fridge for 15-20 more minutes until chocolate is hard and set.
  6. Pour milk into each cup and enjoy!
